Art. 1 Description
ACE International Agency is organizing auditions for professional opera singers who may join the Agency’s roster. Selected artists will be promoted to theaters, festivals, and event organizers in Italy and around the world.

Art. 2 Eligibility
Auditions are open to professional opera singers of any gender, nationality, and age, provided they are of legal age.
If the number of applications exceeds the maximum capacity for the scheduled date, an additional audition date will be organized and communicated promptly. Therefore, please wait for the confirmation email with the scheduled time before purchasing travel and accommodation tickets.
Art. 3 Audition Details
The auditions will take place in Rome on September 15th, 2024, at the main hall of the Valdese Faculty of Theology, Via Pietro Cossa, 40 – 00193, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Payment of the registration fee is intended as an administrative fee and does not guarantee access to the auditions which will instead be evaluated on the basis of the video material sent by the candidate.
Candidates who have paid the registration fee and submitted the required documentation should arrive with ID Card or Passport 30 minutes before their scheduled time, which will be communicated via email by September 12th, 2024.
The audition will consist of performing 1, or at most 2, arias at the Agency’s discretion. Each piece presented must not exceed 5 minutes.
Art. 4 Accompanist
The Agency will provide a pianist at its own expense. Candidates may bring their own accompanist, provided this is communicated in advance; however, any associated costs will be the responsibility of the candidate, and no expenses can be charged to the Agency.
It is mandatory to bring copies of the scores for the pianist.
Art. 5 Registration

The following documents must be attached to the form:
- Valid identity document;
- Resume;
- 1 portrait photo;
- 1 full-body photo;
- Copy of the payment receipt.
Art. 6 Registration Fee
The administrative fee is € 30, including VAT.

No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Art. 7 Changes to the Regulations
The organization reserves the right to modify the regulations, with prompt notification to the concerned parties.
Art. 8 Liability
ACE International Agency disclaims any responsibility for damage or accidents occurring to participants or other persons or property during the audition period.
Submitting the application for the audition implies unconditional acceptance of all the rules contained in these Regulations.
